I love all things pumpkin, and this is my favorite Fall smoothie!
Chai Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
3 tbsp 100% pure raw can pumpkin
1 scoop Vanilla protein
1/2 c premade Vanilla chai tea
1/2 c almond milk
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
drop of vanilla extract
drizzle of honey
few ice cubes
Blend (I use nutribullet) and enjoy!
